Sarah DiamondI was delighted with Socks Off’s service. They were very accommodating about the timing of their visit, kept me regularly updated about their arrival schedule, and most importantly did a great job cleaning and restoring well worn rugs and upholstery to an almost brand new condition. Highly recommend them.Posted on Google
madeline silvermanExcellent communication, received a text when they were in the way. Respectful of my home and they worked carefully around any furniture. Carpet and rug look great, any stain received extra attention and came out. Small/very pale residue of a coffee stain remained and was treated again before they left. It was more set in the carpet because I tried to use vinegar to clean it. The next morning it is even paler. We were very satisfied, we would recommend this company and would use them again.Posted on Google
Sherry CookThis is my second year with Steve and Socks Off and i am as impressed this year as i was then!! He managed to remove a stain that has been on my carpet for months!! Also made my dull kitchen floor shine!!! It went from a dull yellow to a bright white!!!!so happy with steve and his son and will definately use them ! Also This is a family business so i dealt with Gina ,steve's wife and what a wonderful , personable woman and very easy to talk to! She knows the business!! ! For all that they did and how great my floors and carpets came out it was definately worth every penny!! Love this family and their business!!Posted on Google
Michelle HorowitzHuge shoutout to Socks Off Carpet Cleaning for absolutely incredible service from start to finish. It’s rare these days to find a company that delivers this level of professionalism, quality, honesty, and fair pricing all at once. They cleaned my carpets and also did an amazing job on my outdoor furniture — everything came out looking fresh, spotless, and practically brand new. Stains and dirt I thought would never come out were completely gone. The whole house and outdoor space honestly feel refreshed. What really stood out was how professional, thorough, and hardworking they were throughout the entire process. They showed up on time, paid attention to every detail, and clearly care about doing high-quality work. On top of that, their pricing was extremely fair and transparent. No upselling, no hidden costs, just excellent service at a very reasonable price. If you’re looking for a company that’s reliable, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and genuinely great at what they do, I cannot recommend Socks Off Carpet Cleaning enough. Easily one of the best service experiences I’ve had in a long time.Load moreGoogle rating score: 5.0 of 5, based on 81 reviewsVerified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust.
