Most of our cleaning products are plant based and leave no sticky residue on your carpet that would attract dirt after cleaning.
Our Carpet Cleaning Process, Step by Step
The First Step: The most important part of what we do, is a very thorough vacuuming of your carpet including the edges along the wall, with very good quality and maintained vacuum. This will remove as much of the dry dirt and debris out as possible. We do this before we add moisture, because moisture and dirt make mud!
Second: We pre-spray the carpet with a non-toxic detergent.
Third: Apply hand agitating/scrubbing of it into the carpet to get the most carpet fiber contact.
Fourth: We extract the detergent and the dirt from your carpet with our specially designed pad system. We use a pad for your specific type of carpet fiber.
Final Step: We groom your carpets to give the best appearance possible. With this low moisture system your carpet will be dry in 1 to 2 hours, unlike the traditional method that uses many gallons of water that soak your carpet and may leave it wet for a long time, that in some situations would create mold. Hot water extraction has its place but for most cleaning situations low moisture is better.
