Just did this job yesterday outside of Poughkeepsie and got the wow reaction. Deep cleaning like this can only be achieved with hot water extraction. Other methods such as dry foam/encapsulation can’t give you deep clean results like this, although it is useful in some applications, it just lacks the ability to get deep down into the carpet fibers.
